Psychetheatrics Presents:
Breathwork™
Neurodynamic
The breath is one of the most powerful tools we have for healing, self-discovery, and transformation.
Through intentional breathing, we can release stored tension, access emotion, quiet the mind, and reconnect with ourselves in a profound and natural way.
People come to breathwork for many reasons — healing, curiosity, emotional release, clarity, or simply to reconnect with themselves.
Breathwork may help with:
Stress and anxiety reduction
Emotional release and processing
Increased clarity and creativity
Nervous system regulation
Trauma release and integration
Improved sleep
Increased energy
Greater body awareness
Feelings of connection and meaning
Personal insight and self-discovery
Breathwork is not just a spiritual or emotional practice — it also has measurable physiological effects on the body and brain.
Breathwork can:
Change carbon dioxide and oxygen levels in the blood
Increase communication between different regions of the brain
Reduce activity in the Default Mode Network (the part of the brain associated with overthinking and rumination)
Activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and restore)
Release stored tension and emotion from the body
Increase heart-brain coherence
Promote neuroplasticity (the brain’s ability to form new patterns)
In simple terms, breathwork can help quiet the thinking mind and allow the body and deeper parts of the brain to come forward, which is why many people experience emotional release, insight, and a sense of reset after a session.
The wisest one-word sentence?
Breathe.

Breathe with me
My breathwork sessions are influenced by Neurodynamic Breathwork, somatic practices, and my background in theatre and embodiment work.
Sessions are set to carefully curated music and are designed as a journey — often moving through activation, emotional release, breakthrough, and integration.
I believe each person has an Inner Guiding Intelligence — an inner wisdom that knows what needs to be released, healed, or understood. Breathwork helps us access that inner guidance.
1:1 & GROUP IN-PERSON Scheduled Session
Personalized sessions tailored to your intentions: emotional release, clarity, nervous system regulation, personal growth, etc.
Group breathwork can be a powerful shared experience. Many people find that breathing in a group setting creates a strong sense of connection and support, the medicine of community.
REGULAR GROUP
Online SESSIONS
Breathwork can be just as powerful online as Michael Stone and Neurodynamic Breathwork have shown. All that’s needed is a comfortable, supportive setting, headphones/speakers, and an open mind.
FIRST-TIME BREATHERS PAY WHAT YOU CAN
Your first Psychetheatrics breathwork session is offered as Pay What You Can so that this work remains accessible to all who feel called to it.
Breath has a way of bringing us back to ourselves, and breathing in community can be a powerful and supportive experience.
Group Sessions for Adoptees Only &
the Greater Community of Foster/Adoption & DNA Surprises
The adoptee’s Breath -specific sessions for adopted persons
My fellow adoptees, a significant separation occurred moments after our first breath. I have found that breathwork helps to uncover preverbal trauma and process implicit memories.
I’m inspired to offer a specific space for us to gather and breathe as a community. Many adopted persons find breathwork helpful for exploring identity, processing grief and abandonment, and reconnecting with themselves in a deeper way.
Specific sessions are also available to the greater foster/adoption and misattributed parentage communities including NPEs and Donor Conceived, all those exploring common themes of identity, separation, grief, belonging, and connection.
